岗位职责： 负责公司Windows 客户端中间件的设计、开发与维护 参与产品架构设计与模块重构 与产品、设计、测试团队协作，推动产品稳定迭代 岗位要求： 5年及以上 C++开发经验 熟练掌握现代C++（C++11/14/17）特性：智能指针、Lambda、标准容器、并发库 熟悉C++对象模型、虚函数表、内存管理机制 了解模板编程、类型萃取（type traits）、SFINAE者优 熟悉Widnows消息循环（Message Loop）、窗口子类化、钩子机制 熟悉多线程同步（Critical Section、Event、Mutex等） 熟悉Windows进程、线程、内存模型（虚拟地址空间、堆栈） 熟悉线程调度、IOCP、内核对象机制 熟悉HTTP/HTTPS、WebSocket等协议基本原理 熟悉Visual Studio调试、Windbg、Crash Dump分析 熟悉性能分析工具（如Windows Performance Analyzer） 具备良好的编码规范、文档习惯和团队合作精神 加分项： 浏览器内核或嵌入式Web技术经验，如 Chromium Embedded Framework（CEF）、WebView2，Hybrid App开发 有跨平台开发经验优先 有前端开发经验优先 Ways of Working Our structured hybrid approach is centered around our offices and remote work environments.
