We are looking for a strong Windows System Administrator with solid, hands-on Active Directory experience to support the development of our nearshore delivery capabilities from Portugal.

The role requires someone who can operate confidently within Microsoft environments, providing Tier 1 support for Active Directory and related technologies while working with international teams and users. We are particularly interested in professionals who can clearly demonstrate their experience through concrete examples of the environments they have supported, their responsibilities and the operational impact of their work.

As regular interaction with French-speaking teams and users is a core part of the role, fluent French is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational Tier 1 support for Active Directory and the broader Microsoft ecosystem.
• Administer and support Active Directory users, groups, permissions and access.
• Troubleshoot authentication, access, account and Active Directory-related incidents.
• Support Windows Server environments and associated Microsoft infrastructure.
• Manage incidents and service requests, ensuring appropriate resolution or escalation.
• Support Group Policy, DNS, DHCP and related Windows infrastructure services.
• Monitor system availability and contribute to stable day-to-day operations.
• Maintain accurate technical documentation, procedures and configuration records.
• Collaborate with other infrastructure, security and support teams on escalated or cross-functional issues.
• Communicate effectively with French-speaking users, stakeholders and technical teams.

Requirements

• Fluent written and spoken French - mandatory.
• Solid and demonstrable hands-on experience with Active Directory - mandatory.
• Professional experience supporting Windows and Microsoft infrastructure environments.
• Experience providing operational support for Active Directory, including users, groups, permissions, authentication and access-related issues.
• Good knowledge of Windows Server and Microsoft infrastructure technologies.
• Knowledge of Group Policy, DNS and DHCP.
• Ability to troubleshoot incidents independently and escalate effectively when required.
• Ability to clearly explain previous responsibilities, technical environments and the impact of your work.
• Strong communication skills when working with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• English communication skills suitable for an international environment.
