The Opportunity - Furthering our sovereign capability and services, Atos UK will shortly be delivering a new piece of work for a key long-term client in Central Government. To complement our existing team, we will be hiring multiple Wintel Engineers to deliver this work. The core elements of this role include the following: Build, manage and implement complex changes. Present changes to the Change Advisory Board. Contribute to change reviews in accordance with ITIL principles. Communicate incident resolution information to team. Take a lead in understanding of customers’ needs. Work with platform and account teams to address their needs. Proactive self-assignment of incident tickets. Support changes led by other teams supporting the platform (Storage, Networks etc.).
