Divisional Manager, Remote Working, c.£40K-£50K, Car/Allowance, Bonus, Comms., & Benefits This Divisional Manager, Tension Fabric Systems and Large Format Digital Print job offers a rare career opportunity. Requiring an exceptional individual with a background in fabric tension systems, and an entrepreneurial spirit. This role provides the opportunity to create a new division within a £multi-million sign company, already manufacturing and supplying 1000's of tension fabric systems for leading brands worldwide. With robust financial backing, and full operational support, you'll have the opportunity to build a business within a business, sculpt your legacy and reap the rewards. About the Divisional Manager, Large Format Digital Printing job In truth, the Divisional Manager job title was chosen, due to needing to provide one. Therefore, it can be changed to suit your preference. However it's likely, if you're the person we're looking for, what's more important than the title is understanding the scope of the role. In short, other than a brand name for the division already being registered, as a trading name under the parent company, in turn providing over 20 years of trading history and robust financial accounts. You'll be responsible for building the division from the ground up. As a result, you'll be able to mold the business in the shape of your vision. Create a thriving division within an already flourishing organisation. And based on your success, grow the division, and your career, as far as you want to go. Key responsibilities include The parent company has realistic expectations, understanding it will take an investment in time and financial resources to build the new division. So, the following key responsibilities are an overview of what the initial stage will require you to focus on. Devising the business strategy, & identifying what resources will be required to implement your plan. Acting as the lead, directing a web development agency to create a site & digital marketing assets for the new division. Launching the new division, including marketing, and generating client prospects in line with your strategic plan. After the initial set up, the role will require you to develop and nurture sales opportunities for tension fabric systems and environmental graphics, and ultimately grow the division. About the company The following details are an overview of the parent company that will provide the financial and operational support for the new division. Established for more than 20 years, the business has grown to become one of the UK's leading sign companies, servicing high profile brands throughout the UK, Europe and Worldwide. Equipped to manufacture signage and produce large format digitally printed graphics, specific to this role the printing kit is most relevant. Boasting state of the art printers including Durst Hybrid Printers for up to 3.5M roll and board printing. Kongsberg X24 Digital Cutting System and Summa 1600 Plotters. They also have Matic Kronos Automatic Sewing Systems, Neschen CL1650 Plus Laminator and Rolls Rollers for finishing. As already mentioned, although the new division will focus on fabric tension systems and large format graphics, the company already has a background in producing and selling these products. Most importantly, the quality has been proven, hence the desire to invest in building a new division, focused on growing their market share in this area. About the Salary & Benefits Salary: c.£.40,000 - £50,000 (Potential for negotiation, to attract you if you're the right person.)
