The GPS Innovation & Knowledge Governance team is looking for a highly organized, analytical, and collaborative student to support knowledge governance, employee experience, content strategy, reporting, and AI-enabled HR initiatives. Working alongside HR professionals, content owners, and business stakeholders, you will help employees access information more effectively while contributing to projects that improve self-service, content quality, operational efficiency, and adoption of new HR solutions.
This opportunity is ideal for students who enjoy researching information, solving problems, creating content, improving processes, analyzing data, and collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
Position Responsibilities
- Support AI and HR technology initiatives by contributing to project activities, research, testing, and implementation efforts.
- Conduct research and analyze information to identify trends, best practices, and opportunities to improve employee knowledge experiences.
- Assist with knowledge governance activities, including content reviews, audits, maintenance, and lifecycle management.
- Support the organization and management of knowledge repositories to ensure information is accurate, accessible, and up to date.
- Develop training materials, user guides, quick-reference resources, presentations, and learning content to support technology adoption.
- Create reports and dashboards to measure engagement, usage, adoption, and other key performance indicators.
- Analyze data and provide insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Partner with stakeholders across HR, Learning, Communications, and Technology teams to support project deliverables.
- Assist with go-live activities, change management communications, user support, and launch readiness efforts for new solutions and enhancements.
- Document processes, procedures, and lessons learned to support ongoing operational excellence.
Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Psychology, Information Management, Sociology, Public Policy, Organizational Behaviour, or a related discipline.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively across multiple stakeholder groups.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to research, organize, interpret, and synthesize information from multiple sources.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a collaborative team environment.
- Interest in employee experience, knowledge management, learning and development, content strategy, HR technology, or process improvement.
- Strong curiosity, adaptability, and eagerness to learn new technologies, business processes, and ways of working.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience conducting research, creating reports, analyzing data, or developing recommendations.
- Experience creating documentation, training materials, process guides, communications, or other employee-facing content.
- Experience coordinating projects, stakeholders, events, or business initiatives.
- Familiarity with SharePoint, ServiceNow, content management systems, learning platforms, or similar enterprise tools.
- Experience using Excel, or other reporting and analytics tools.
- Interest in AI technologies and digital employee experience solutions.
- Experience supporting process improvement, change management, implementation, or operational excellence initiatives.

Salary range is expected to be between:
$40,950.00 CAD - $56,550.00 CAD
The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training. The annual salary will be pro-rated based on the length of the work term.
