The organization operates in the fundraising and nonprofit support sector, partnering with various well-known charitable and advocacy groups. It addresses the challenge of raising funds and awareness for these organizations through outbound and inbound call center activities conducted remotely.

2. About the Opportunity:

The Work at Home Call Center Representative role involves engaging with potential donors and members via phone to support fundraising efforts. This position requires sales skills to promote memberships, products, or services, contributing directly to the financial support of partner organizations.

3. Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound and inbound calls in a remote call center environment
• Promote memberships, products, or services through sales calls
• Participate in mandatory virtual training sessions
• Adhere to assigned schedules, including weekend hours
• Maintain exceptional conversational skills and multitask during calls

4. Requirements:

• Access to a dedicated, quiet home workspace free from distractions
• Proficient computer skills including copy-paste, browser navigation, and basic troubleshooting
• Valid photo ID for identity verification on first training day
• Successful completion of background check
• Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities
• Hardware: Windows 11 PC or laptop with minimum 14" screen, at least 8GB RAM, Intel or AMD processor
• Software: Google Chrome (current version), Windows Defender antivirus and Firewall enabled
• Internet: U.S.-based high-speed internet (minimum 50 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload), hard-wired Ethernet connection
• Telephone: Cell phone or landline for multi-factor authentication calls
• Additional equipment: Webcam, external speakers or computer sound, external wired mouse, USB wired headset (no wireless)

5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• Salary: $9.00 per hour
