WHAT YOU'LL DO Web Development and Maintenance (Your Foundation) Manage daily site maintenance including plugin and theme updates, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and security monitoring Implement requests from internal teams and clients, ensuring smooth, secure, high-performing websites Support occasional WordPress site builds and enhancements AI and Automation Training (Your Future) Work side by side with our AI and Automation Manager to learn practical development skills Assist in designing workflows that connect websites, CRMs, and marketing platforms Learn how to build and deploy custom AI chatbots for client websites and internal tools Gain hands-on experience with APIs, automation tools, and custom scripts that streamline operations Support projects that improve reporting, tracking, and marketing automation THE RIGHT PERSON FOR THIS ROLE This isn’t just another WordPress position.
