As a WordPress Developer / AI Specialist at Growmodo, you won’t just write code — you’ll take full ownership of complex web projects from architecture to launch. Your mission is to drive technical excellence by building high-performance, AI-integrated WordPress solutions that elevate both our internal systems and client websites. You’ll be responsible for independently developing custom themes and plugins, optimizing site performance, and leveraging AI tools to streamline workflows and enhance user experiences, all while pushing the boundaries of what’s possible with WordPress.
Develop & Optimize: Build custom WordPress themes and plugins with clean, efficient, and scalable code.
Leverage AI: Utilize AI-powered development tools to streamline coding, design automation, and performance optimization.
Ensure Customer Satisfaction: Deliver pixel-perfect, responsive web experiences that exceed client expectations through creative problem-solving.
Enhance Performance: Optimize websites for speed, responsiveness, and SEO, ensuring a seamless user experience.
Ensure Security & Scalability: Implement best practices in security, compliance, and AI-enhanced performance monitoring.
Collaborate & Innovate: Work closely with designers, marketers, and other stakeholders to integrate AI-driven solutions into web development.
Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep up with the latest WordPress advancements, AI-powered automation tools, and emerging web technologies.
Must-Haves:
Proficiency: Strong expertise in WordPress development, PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and MySQL.
AI Integration: Experience with AI-driven web development tools, automation frameworks, or machine learning-powered optimizations.
Customization & Troubleshooting: Ability to build custom themes, develop plugins, and resolve complex website performance issues.
Performance & Security: Hands-on experience optimizing website speed, security, and AI-enhanced error detection.
SEO & Best Practices: Deep understanding of SEO-friendly development, structured data, and modern web standards.
Problem-Solving Mindset: Ability to analyze, experiment, and implement AI-powered solutions to improve workflows and site performance.
Project Management Skills: Ability to manage development timelines, collaborate cross-functionally, and meet deadlines in a remote team.
Collaboration & Communication: Strong ability to work in a team-oriented, feedback-driven environment.
