About the Role
This position combines customer service with consultative sales. You’ll connect with clients who have requested information, guide them through their options, and help them make informed decisions based on their needs.
We approach sales as an extension of customer service—focused on trust, education, and long-term relationships, not pressure.

Understand client needs and provide personalized solutions

Assist with applications and enrollment processes
Build long-term client relationships through ongoing support
Participate in ongoing training and professional development

Customer service, retail, hospitality, or client-facing experience is a plus, but not required
