Key Responsibilities

As part of the customer support team, you will assist customers in French and English, helping them resolve their questions and ensuring a positive experience.

Requirements

• Fluent French and English proficiency.
• Must already be living in Portugal.
• Must reside within 50 km of the Concentrix Lisbon office.
• Comfortable working in a remote environment.

Working Conditions

• Remote position.
• Candidates must live within 50 km of the Concentrix Lisbon office.
• Monday-to-Sunday operation.
• Working hours between 07:00 and 21:00.
• Two rotational days off per week.
• Candidates must already reside in Portugal.
