Position: Workato Developer
Location: Chennai - Hybrid/Remote
Shift Timing: 3.00AM - 12.00PM PST (US Pacific Time)

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Workato Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Workato Integration to design, develop, deploy, and support enterprise integration solutions. The ideal candidate should have practical experience building Workato recipes, integrations, APIs, workflows, and connectors, and should be comfortable integrating cloud applications, databases, and enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy integration solutions using Workato.
  
• Build and maintain complex Workato recipes and integration workflows.
  
• Integrate enterprise applications such as Salesforce, NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, ServiceNow, and other SaaS platforms.
  
• Develop integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, webhooks, JSON, XML, HTTP, and OAuth.
  
• Work with Workato connectors, custom connectors, API platforms, and integration endpoints.
  
• Implement data transformation, mapping, validation, error handling, retries, and exception management.
  
• Monitor integrations and troubleshoot production issues.
  
• Optimize existing recipes and integration workflows for performance, reliability, and scalability.
  
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, developers, and application teams to understand integration requirements.
  
• Create technical documentation for integrations, workflows, APIs, and deployment processes.
  
• Follow integration development standards, security practices, and release/change management processes.
  
  

Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with Workato Integration.
  
• Good experience developing Workato recipes from design through deployment.
  
• Strong understanding of API-based integrations.
  
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, HTTP, OAuth, and Webhooks.
  
• Good knowledge of data mapping and transformation.
  
• Experience with integration troubleshooting, logging, monitoring, and error handling.
  
• Experience working with enterprise SaaS/cloud applications.
  
• Good understanding of integration architecture and end-to-end data flows.
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
