About this Role
As an Invisors Engagement Executive, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining lasting customer relationships by acting as the primary point of contact between Invisors and its customers by ensuring they are allocated proper resources, consistently receive quality service, and have access to all the benefits listed in their contract. This role is to provide quality customer service, ensure contract terms and conditions are met, and to allocate the proper resources to solve complaints and issues.
Successful candidates will have excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, paired with the ability to manage multiple projects and clients. Because you'll play a vital role in our client relationship structure, candidates should also have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Foster positive relationships with our customers as their primary point of contact
- Help clients implement services and plan projects effectively.
- Ensure that contract terms and conditions are met.
- Manage invoices and bills for assigned customers.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Address customer issues with speed and efficiency.
- Work with sales teams to generate new business.
- Provide advice and guidance on how to improve customer engagement and develop lasting relationships.
- Prepare reports on project performance.
