Workday Product Owner/Functional Lead

Location: UK wide with monthly travel to London or Northampton

Role: Permanent

A global organization are looking for a Workday Expert to take ownership of their UK Workday HCM modules, providing hand-on configuration across Core HCM, Talent, Performance and Payroll.

• Deal with the continuous improvement and enhancement of their existing landscape.
• Strategize best practice to improve business processes.
• Provide hands on configuration for main Workday HCM modules (specifically Core HCM, Talent, Performance and Payroll).
• Increase ROI from the existing Workday implementation to ensure that the platform is being fully utilized.
• Engage and collaborate with international teams.
• Work remote in the UK, with travel to London or Northampton monthly.

Minimum Requirements:

• Hands-on configuration experience in Workday Core HCM, and AT LEAST one out of the following: Talent, Performance, Payroll.
• Previous experience as a Workday Product Owner, Functional Lead, or equivalent.
• Must have right to work in the UK
