Keylime Consultants are supporting a major international organisation that is looking to add a Workday Reporting Specialist to its established HR Technology team in Portugal.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong hands-on Workday reporting experience to join a highly mature global Workday environment, working as part of a dedicated reporting function that supports both global and local HR teams.
You’ll be responsible for designing, developing and maintaining a broad range of Workday reports and dashboards, while working closely with stakeholders to understand their reporting requirements and translate them into practical, effective solutions.
The position will give you exposure to a substantial and varied reporting landscape, including Custom Reports, Advanced Reports and Matrix Reports, as well as the opportunity to contribute to new reporting initiatives, international projects and continuous improvements across the Workday platform.
Experience with Workday Worksheets and Discovery Boards would be a significant advantage, while exposure to reporting within Workday Recruiting would also be highly valuable.
Workday Reporting Specialist – Requirements
• Strong hands-on experience creating, enhancing and maintaining Workday Custom Reports
• Good practical knowledge of Advanced Reports and Matrix Reports
• Experience designing dashboards and delivering reporting solutions for HR stakeholders
• Ability to gather and understand business requirements and translate them into effective Workday reporting solutions
• Experience testing, validating and deploying new reports and reporting enhancements
• Comfortable managing reporting requests and support tickets within an agile working environment
• Experience with Workday Worksheets and Discovery Boards would be a significant advantage
• Workday Recruiting reporting experience would also be beneficial
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both global and local stakeholders
• A proactive, collaborative approach with the confidence to take ownership of reporting requirements from initial discussion through to delivery
