Keylime Consultants are supporting a major international organisation that is looking to add a Workday Integrations Specialist to its established HR Technology team in Portugal.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong hands-on Workday integration experience to join a large and highly mature global Workday environment, working as part of an experienced international technical team.
The role will focus on the design, development, support and ongoing enhancement of Workday integrations across a substantial technical landscape, with more than 150 integrations currently managed by the wider team.
You’ll work across a broad range of Workday integration technologies, including Workday Studio, PECI, EIBs, Core Connectors and calculated fields, supporting existing integrations as well as contributing to the design and delivery of new solutions.
You’ll also work closely with both HR and IT stakeholders to understand requirements, assess technical impact and recommend the most appropriate integration approach. The role will involve troubleshooting, testing, documentation and deployment, giving you end-to-end exposure across the integration lifecycle.
Workday Integrations Specialist – Requirements
• Strong hands-on experience with Workday Studio
• Good practical experience with Workday PECI
• Experience supporting, troubleshooting and enhancing existing Workday integrations
• Ideally experience designing and building new Workday integrations
• Broader knowledge of EIBs, Core Connectors and calculated fields
• Experience gathering, validating and refining technical requirements with HR and IT stakeholders
• Ability to assess technical impact and recommend appropriate integration approaches
• Experience testing, documenting and deploying integration changes
• Comfortable investigating integration issues and working through technical support requirements
• Workday Orchestrate experience would be useful but is not essential
• Strong communication skills with a proactive and collaborative approach
• Based in Portugal
