Workday Solutions Architect

At Huxley, we are looking for an experienced Workday Solution Architect to join a strategic international project. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the design, governance, and evolution of a complex HR technology ecosystem, working closely with both business and IT stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the overall Workday solution architecture and roadmap.
• Lead the design of scalable, secure, and efficient Workday solutions aligned with business needs.
• Ensure seamless integration between Workday and other enterprise platforms.
• Provide architectural guidance across Workday modules, integrations, and data flows.
• Collaborate with HR, Technology, and external partners to drive solution delivery.
• Establish and promote best practices related to security, compliance, and data governance.
• Support digital transformation initiatives and continuous improvement activities.
• Act as a trusted advisor for stakeholders on Workday capabilities and future developments.
  
  

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in HR technology environments, including significant exposure to Workday.
• Proven experience as a Workday Solution Architect or in a similar architecture role.
• Strong understanding of HR processes, particularly Hire-to-Retire.
• Hands-on experience with Workday integrations, including Studio, EIBs, APIs, and third-party systems.
• Experience designing enterprise-scale solutions in cloud environments.
• Knowledge of security models, role-based access controls, and data governance principles.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English is required.
