Role Overview:

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Workflow Annotator — Product Management & Marketing to work on a contract basis. This role focuses on annotating workflows to enhance product management and marketing processes. The annotator will document and structure workflows for clarity and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Annotate product management workflows to identify gaps, redundancies, and optimization opportunities.

• Document marketing workflows to ensure alignment with product lifecycle stages.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate annotated workflows for accuracy and usability.

• Translate complex workflows into clear, actionable documentation for stakeholders.

• Support continuous improvement by providing feedback on workflow efficiency based on annotations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in workflow documentation or process mapping is required.

• Familiarity with product management or marketing workflows is required.

• Ability to analyze and simplify complex processes into clear steps is required.

• Proficiency in tools such as Lucidchart, Miro, or similar is preferred.

• Strong written communication skills to document workflows accurately are required.
