How you Will make a Difference

• Support the Community of Practice groups for Schedulers to strengthen job performance, knowledge sharing, and mutual learning.
• Develop and lead the implementation of workforce best practices within the organization.
• Provide scheduling and software related support across the organization, as needed.

What you Need to make a Difference

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of (2) years’ long-term care or related health care experience.
• Minimum of (5) years’ experience in a role that required scheduling or coordination of staffing or training.
• Experience with time and attendance systems, such as SmartLinx, etc.
• Effective verbal and written English communication skills.
• Creativity and the willingness to develop best-in-class innovative solutions, combining culture change best practices and research.
