As part of CEE Regional Management, the CEE Treasury team delivers centralized treasury services across PwC’s businesses in Central and Eastern Europe. This role plays a crucial part in executing liquidity and working capital management strategies throughout the CEE region, ensuring financial stability and supporting sustainable business growth. We are looking for:
Working Capital and Liquidity Manager
Your future role:
- Manage cash and liquidity processes for some territories, including the supervision and development of junior team members, and reporting to experienced manager responsible for CEE Region,
- Oversee liquidity forecasting and analysis for some territories,
- Coordinate financing and planning activities, including treasury transaction budgeting and bank agreement processing,
- Monitor working capital levels and related KPIs across CEE,
- Manage the CEE working capital policy based on best practices for optimising working capital and monitor compliance with expected standards,
- Cooperate with CEE territories, cash collection teams and the interterritory regional function to support effective working capital management.
Apply if you have:
- A Master’s degree in Economics, Finance or Accounting,
- More than 8 years of experience in working capital and/or treasury,
- Strong analytical skills,
- Experience with advanced treasury and business intelligence tools,
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills,
- Proficiency in leveraging cutting-edge AI technologies and tools in daily workflows, including task automation, information analysis, and content generation,
- An innovative approach to problem-solving, adaptability and attention to detail,
- Knowledge of new technologies and AI-based tools in your daily work, including task automation, information analysis and content creation.
Nice to have:
- ACT, ACCA or CFA qualification.
