- Gathering and analyzing business requirements from stakeholders across different functions.
- Supporting the design and implementation of automation and reporting solutions.
- Developing applications, workflows, and digital solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
- Testing, troubleshooting, and optimizing existing solutions.
- Collaborating with business teams and technical experts in an international environment.
- Supporting the maintenance and continuous enhancement of automation initiatives.
- Contributing to the digitalization and optimization of business processes across the organization.
- Helping transform ideas into scalable, practical, and user-friendly solutions.
- Enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Informatics, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least one year remaining before graduation.
- Interest in automation, process improvement, and digital transformation.
- Initial experience with programming, scripting, or low-code development.
- Exposure to Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) is a strong plus.
- Good understanding of digital tools and Microsoft 365 applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to understand business processes and think end-to-end.
- Curiosity, creativity, and a willingness to learn and experiment.
- Proactive, hands-on, and self-driven attitude.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Good English communication skills.
- A 12-month part-time internship (20h/week) with meaningful and impactful projects.
- Hands-on experience in a global technology and manufacturing group.
