The Working Student in Commercial Planning & Inventory reports to our Lead of Commercial Partnership Planning & Inventory Innovation and is a part of our Global Commercial team. This is a remote position with the ideal candidate residing in Europe, preferably in the GMT+1 time zone.
What you’ll do:
- Orchestrate local & global brand partnership requests in terms of pricing, packaging, exclusivity & partner deliverables
- Support and manage commercial inventory for all EFG products with a special focus on special projects such as EWC
- Deduct relevant commercial inventory KPIs and communicate them to affected stakeholders to assist them in strategic decisions
- Be the central connection point between different departments to create exciting brand opportunities around our ESL properties. Ensure proper communication and promote knowledge sharing regarding commercial partnerships
- Develop, improve, and communicate commercial processes with international ESL offices
- Perform other duties within the Commercial Operations unit as required (e.g. Research or Salesforce)
What you need:
- Basic understanding of competitive and esports gaming titles and sponsorship ecosystem in esports, traditional sports, or entertainment
- First experience in Marketing, Sales, Commercial Operations, Product Management, or another related field in the sports, gaming, or entertainment industries (internship shall be sufficient)
- A study focus on Business, Marketing, or another related field, or an equivalent combination of experience, is nice to have.
- Fluent in English, another language like German, Spanish or French is a plus
- Proactive attitude, adaptive nature, and flexible working style coupled with the ability to organize pitches, processes, and projects independently
- Strong problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, international work environment

- Growth mindset, bold mentality, and Give a S#1T attitude
- Knowledge and experience in working with G Suite products
