What you'll build
You'll work alongside Sales Directors in Switzerland, supporting teams that serve some of the country's largest companies — across sectors including Consumer Products, Retail, Manufacturing, Professional Services, Public Sector, and Healthcare.
Your work keeps sales moving. You'll help prepare quotes, coordinate internal requests, and ensure sales processes run smoothly end to end. You'll manage contact lists, send personalized customer event invitations, and support follow-ups that keep conversations on track. You'll maintain sales data and route approvals so nothing falls through the cracks.
What you'll bring
You are currently enrolled at a university or university of applied sciences, ideally studying Business, Economics, or a related field. You are confident using Microsoft Office — particularly Excel and PowerPoint — and you communicate fluently in English and German; French is a plus. You are available to work from our Zurich office.
Experience with artificial intelligence tools or customer relationship management software is a bonus — not a requirement. What matters most is that you're organized, proactive, and curious about how enterprise sales works. You take ownership, communicate clearly, and are eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Where you belong
The Growth Office leads SAP Switzerland's efforts to grow customer value, expand market presence, and build ecosystem partnerships. We work at the intersection of strategy and execution — driving customer engagement, solution adoption, and communications that create measurable outcomes. We are a team built on ownership, collaboration, and making a real difference for the businesses we serve.
Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
This is a SAP global, strategic, paid Intern / Working Student / Thesis Student position that provides students with opportunities to find purpose in their careers.
