Your mission Support the evaluation of new applications and software solutions Maintain and update our application landscape and its related documentation Document processes and help build a structured knowledge base Analyze software licenses and identify opportunities for optimization Provide 1st-level support for selected business applications Contribute to smaller projects in the areas of Application Management and IT Service Management Assist in preparing analyses, reports, and decision-making materials related to our application landscape Your experience & skills You are currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, E-Commerce, Business Informatics, Computer Science, or a comparable field You have an interest in enterprise software and digital business processes Initial practical experience in an IT environment is a plus You work in a structured and independent manner and have strong analytical thinking skills You have good written and spoken German and English skills You are comfortable using modern digital tools and AI-powered applications Why choose us?
