Your impact : You will help build a scalable local setup (market, operations, events, reporting) in a high-ownership environment. Your day-to-day : Supporting the General Manager Germany in market development and business expansion Exploring, building, and deploying AI agents and lightweight automations to streamline internal workflows (e.g., market research, CRM, and reporting) Conducting market research and competitive analysis to support strategic decision-making Supporting structured data analysis and performance reporting Preparing presentations and business cases for internal and external stakeholders Assisting in the planning and execution of local trade fairs and marketing events (including on-site presence) Assisting in the development and localization of marketing materials and digital content Providing support for customer relationship management (CRM) tasks in HubSpot: data entry, maintenance, and basic analytics Supporting the Sales and Operations teams in their daily activities ✨ Your team Your future teammates : Maren - Implementation Manager & Irini Your manager : Daniel - Managing Director - Germany 👤 Candidate profile Enrolled Master's student (or equivalent) in Economics, Healthcare Management, Medicine, or a related field ⚙️ You are the right person if you can : Communicate clearly in German (C1 or more) and English (B2-C1). Be proactive, reliable, and comfortable working both independently and in teams Prioritize, organize, and deliver on deadlines with multiple stakeholders. Run structured market/competitive research and synthesize it into actionable insights. 🙂 You are the right person if you have : Strong interest in healthcare innovation, market development, or health systems Excellent communication and organizational skills Analytical mindset and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Proactivity and autonomy.
