Working Student (m/f/d) - Robotics & Computer Vision

eigenblue – We're building the future of engineering. A future where engineers build intelligent systems that solve complex problems, and work alongside those systems to bring their solutions into the real world. We solve complex, multidisciplinary engineering problems by combining deep human expertise with AI systems we build ourselves. Our proprietary AI models generate system architectures across software, electronics, mechanics, and applied physics - and our engineers stay in the loop, not as supervisors but as the decisive factor to bring those architectures into the real world.

As a Working Student (m/f/d) in Robotics & Computer Vision, you'll support a concrete customer project in a small, agile team and gain hands-on experience with ROS2, sensor fusion and computer vision.

Your Role

• Support the development of a ROS2 system that connects multiple sensors for real-time environment scanning
• Help build data processing pipelines tailored to each specific data source
• Contribute to a sensor fusion pipeline that combines data from LiDAR, radar and cameras
• Work hands-on with our engineering team on a real customer project and bring in your own ideas

Your Profile

• You study Computer Science, Robotics, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Machine Learning, or similar disciplines
• You have first proven practical experience with Python, ROS (2) & C++, as well as CV tools such as OpenCV, YOLO, Pytorch or object detection models
• You are curious about the latest tech trends and R&D and motivated to develop yourself both technically and personally
• You want to have a direct impact on the products and innovations of our customers

Your Package

• Competitive salary starting from €16 to €22 per hour, with your individual placement depending on your experience and qualifications
• Hybrid work setup giving you the flexibility to balance focus time with staying close to your colleagues, along with your choice of OS
• Everyday perks including subsidized lunch through our Foodji
• Regular team and company events: Our Christmas party, eigendays, and quarterly team buildings
• Support with your thesis and IDPs to help you grow both academically and professionally
