What you'll do

• Support continuous improvement and enablement of our internal processes, helping to make workflows more effective and sustainable over time

• Explore potential applications of AI and help set up valuable use cases for the team, with a focus on practical and meaningful solutions

• Ensuring that content follows global standards and remains clear, consistent and up to date, support the administration and maintenance of our documentation platforms

• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders and help ensure the quality of uploaded materials, contributing to smooth collaboration and reliable documentation

• Assist with the organisation and coordination of workshops, meetings and other collaboration formats, helping to support effective exchange and teamwork

Who you are

• Enrolled in an advanced Bachelor’s or Master’s programme and ideally already gained some initial practical experience, providing both academic knowledge and a first understanding of practical work environments

• Able to work independently and in a structured, flexible way, with a reliable approach to organising tasks and adapting to different requirements

• Interested in creating clear written or visual content and working with data, combining an eye for clarity with an analytical way of thinking

• Confident in communicating in English, both written and spoken, and comfortable expressing ideas clearly in an international environment

• Proficient in using Microsoft Office; experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence or Collibra is an advantage and supports effective collaboration in digital workflows
