What you're going to do
As a Working Student Project Office Manager, you support the AI@Adnovum program in driving the adoption and scaling of AI across the company. You help create transparency, ensure smooth collaboration across teams, and keep program activities on track.
Your responsibilities include:
- Coordinating and maintaining the overall program structure, including roadmaps, milestones, risks, dependencies, and action tracking
- Organizing, facilitating, and documenting steering meetings, workstream sessions, and stakeholder updates
- Following up on decisions, action items, and deliverables to ensure reliable execution across teams
- Preparing status reports, presentations, meeting minutes, and management updates for different audiences
- Supporting program governance and planning activities together with the program lead
- Maintaining program documentation and ensuring information is up to date, structured, and easily accessible
- Identifying risks, bottlenecks, and coordination gaps, and proactively driving resolution
- Supporting internal communication efforts and translating program progress into clear and understandable messages
What we're looking for
- Currently enrolled in a Master's degree program in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Information Systems, Management, or a related field
- Strong interest in Artificial Intelligence, digital transformation, and organizational change
- Structured, reliable, and proactive working style with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to analyze information, create concise summaries, and prepare professional presentations
- Confident user of Microsoft 365 applications, including Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint, and Excel, familiarity with Confluence is a plus
- Strong communication skills in German and English mandatory
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with stakeholders from business and technology functions
- High level of discretion when handling sensitive and strategic information
- Availability for a long term working student engagement alongside your studies
