You’ll thrive with us if you bring: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in progress (e.g., HR, Psychology, Business Administration or Economics) and eagerness to apply your academic knowledge in a hands-on People & Talent environment Practical experience in coordination, process management, or supporting people-related activities – demonstrating your ability to keep multiple tasks organized A hands-on, service-oriented mindset – you take ownership of your responsibilities, embrace challenges, and ensure a smooth, positive experience for candidates and the team Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit – you enjoy working with colleagues, supporting others, and fostering a positive, inclusive work environment Fluency in English (written and spoken) If you're hesitating because you don't meet every requirement, don't let that hold you back. Where and how you’ll work We're aiming for a minimum of 20 hours per week, ideally around 24 hours , giving you enough time to take ownership while balancing your studies. While our Amsterdam office will be your primary workspace, occasional work from home is possible in alignment with your team, providing flexibility and supporting a healthy balance between work and study.
