The Opportunity

DDN is seeking a Workplace Experience Associate to help create an exceptional employee and visitor experience in our New York office.

As the face of the workplace, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming, high-energy, hospitality-driven environment where employees, customers, and guests feel valued from the moment they arrive. Reporting to the Global Real Estate & Workplace team, you'll support day-to-day workplace operations, coordinate office services and events, and help bring DDN's culture to life through outstanding service, positivity, and attention to detail.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives on building relationships, loves working with people, takes pride in creating memorable experiences, and brings enthusiasm, professionalism, and a hospitality-first mindset to everything they do.

Key Responsibilities

Workplace Experience & Hospitality

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employees, visitors, and guests, creating a warm, welcoming, and professional office experience.

  • Greet and assist visitors, customers, candidates, and executives while ensuring a best-in-class arrival experience.

  • Help foster a vibrant, engaging workplace culture through exceptional service and positive energy.

  • Support employee onboarding activities, office tours, welcome experiences, and workplace communications.

  • Maintain office presentation standards to ensure all spaces are guest-ready and aligned with DDN's brand.

Workplace Operations

  • Support day-to-day workplace operations, including conference room readiness, seating support, office supplies, pantry management, and general workplace needs.

  • Coordinate office deliveries, mail, shipments, and vendor visits.

  • Act as a resource for employees by helping resolve workplace requests quickly and professionally.

  • Partner with IT, Security, People, and Facilities teams to support a seamless workplace experience.

  • Monitor office spaces throughout the day to proactively identify and address issues.

Events & Food Services

  • Coordinate catering, food service, and hospitality support for meetings, events, executive visits, and customer engagements.

  • Assist with planning and executing employee programs, celebrations, cultural events, and workplace activities.

  • Ensure conference rooms, kitchens, café spaces, and common areas are fully stocked, organized, and presentation-ready.

  • Help deliver memorable experiences that strengthen employee engagement and company culture.

Vendor & Service Coordination

  • Build positive relationships with building management, vendors, and service providers.

  • Coordinate routine service visits and support workplace maintenance requests.

  • Help ensure workplace services are delivered efficiently and to a high standard.

Qualifications

Experience

  • 1-3 years of experience in workplace experience, hospitality, office administration, customer service, reception, hotel operations, events, or a related field.

  • Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service and create positive experiences for employees and guests.

  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly.

  • Experience supporting meetings, events, food service, hospitality, or front-desk operations is highly preferred.

  • Previous experience in a technology company, hospitality environment, luxury hotel, coworking space, or corporate office is a plus.

Skills & Attributes

  • Naturally outgoing, friendly, and highly personable with a genuine passion for helping people.

  • Strong hospitality mindset with a "no task is too small" approach.

  • Positive attitude, high energy, and enthusiasm for creating memorable experiences.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to multitask, stay calm under pressure, and maintain professionalism with employees, customers, and executives.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and workplace technology tools.

What Success Looks Like

  • Employees and visitors consistently describe the workplace experience as welcoming, engaging, and professional.

  • Office spaces are organized, stocked, and presentation-ready at all times.

  • Meetings, events, and executive visits run seamlessly.
