Workster International Recruiter (Freelance) Workster is looking for a motivated and results-driven International Recruiter to join our global recruitment network on a freelance basis. This is an exciting opportunity to work with an international recruitment company, connect talented candidates with leading employers and support people in finding their next career opportunity. You will manage the recruitment process from candidate sourcing through to placement while building strong relationships with candidates and clients across international markets. Your Role Source and identify suitable candidates for international job opportunities through online platforms, social media, professional networks and referrals Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates across different markets and language profiles Review CVs and applications and assess candidates against role requirements Conduct candidate screening calls and interviews in a professional and structured manner Provide candidates with accurate information about job opportunities, employers, locations, conditions and recruitment processes Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process and provide regular updates Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring partners Maintain accurate candidate records and update recruitment systems and databases Build positive and professional relationships with candidates, clients and internal recruitment teams Support candidates with interview preparation and relocation-related information where required Follow recruitment procedures, quality standards, confidentiality requirements and data protection policies Monitor recruitment activity and work towards agreed candidate placement targets Stay up to date with international recruitment trends, labour markets and available job opportunities Your Qualifications Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, sales, customer service or a related field is an advantage Excellent command of English, both written and spoken Additional language skills are an advantage, particularly for international candidate markets Strong communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills Confident telephone and video interview skills Ability to assess candidate suitability and identify relevant skills and experience Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple candidates and vacancies Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently Results-oriented mindset with the ability to work towards targets Good computer literacy and confidence using recruitment platforms, databases and online communication tools Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records Professional, reliable and candidate-focused approach Willingness to work in a flexible, international and fast-paced environment The Offer Freelance cooperation with Workster Flexible remote working arrangement Opportunity to work with international candidates, clients and recruitment projects Performance-based commission structure Access to a diverse range of international job opportunities Flexible schedule with the possibility to organise your own working hours Professional support and cooperation with an experienced recruitment team Opportunity to develop expertise in international recruitment and talent sourcing Potential for long-term cooperation and access to new recruitment projects Remote status Fully Remote
