SERVPRO franchises serving Sugar Land, Victoria, San Angelo, Abilene, and Amarillo, TX
When a property is damaged, a clean estimate is what gets the job funded and the work started. We need a remote Xactimate estimator who can write accurate scopes for insurance restoration across our Texas SERVPRO markets — without needing an office seat.
You will own estimate production for water, fire, mold, and related restoration work. You will write in Xactimate, support supplements and carrier documentation, and keep files moving so production and billing are not waiting on the estimate.
## What you'll do
- Write complete Xactimate estimates and scopes for restoration jobs across our five Texas SERVPRO franchises
- Build line-item pricing that holds up with carriers and adjusters (supplements, betterments, code items as needed)
- Pull photos, notes, and field documentation into a clear, defensible estimate
- Partner with Job File Coordinators, project managers, and location leaders so estimating does not bottleneck the file
- Track open estimate and supplement work and hit turnaround targets
- Keep estimating work organized, consistent, and ready for audit
## What you need
- Minimum 2 years hands-on Xactimate estimating experience (named on your résumé — not "willing to learn")
- Proven estimating and scope-writing for insurance repair or restoration (or closely related construction estimating with carrier work)
- Comfortable fully remote: clear written communication, reliable internet, and US work authorization
- Able to handle a concurrent estimate load, not one file at a time
Helpful, not required: SERVPRO, WorkCenter, XactAnalysis, or Symbility; multi-location or franchise experience; bilingual English/Spanish.
