Qualifications, computer skills required , legal knowledge, database experience, project management, training and development skills, commercial awareness, experience in dealing with budgets and cost management etc. Experience in Adobe Photoshop, Bridge, Capture One and InDesign Strong retouching capability including colour correction, compositing and image enhancement Understanding of high volume retail production workflows eg , ecommerce, retail or campaign work. Experience with Generative AI tools and platforms such as Adobe Firefly, Nanobanana , Runway, Krea, Seedream , Veo 3 and Kling etc Ability to apply AI tools appropriately within approved production environments Confident use of a Wacom tablet or other pen tablet device.
