ZAP（Zoom Analytics Platform）是 Zoom 正在从 0 到 1 建设的 跨产品线统一数据分析平台 。目标是把此前分散在 Meeting、Phone、Contact Center 等各业务线的报表能力收敛到一个平台上，提供从**数据源接入 → 数据集语义建模 → 报表制作 → 自助分析 → AI 智能分析（CX Insights）**的一站式能力，并为 AI 场景提供统一、语义化的数据底座。 项目刚刚完成架构设计，正处于冲刺 GA 的关键阶段。你将作为核心成员参与语义层、查询引擎、权限体系等平台底座的建设，代码和技术决策都能留下你的印记。 团队 团队氛围 very nice！沟通无障碍，和谐欢乐多，leader 听劝，能聊事也能接梗；该认真做事的时候不含糊，该聚餐的时候也不装矜持，时不时一起嗨，欢乐 TB 含量稳定在线，如果你想找一个“合作顺畅、沟通丝滑、氛围在线、未来可期”的地方，欢迎你们的加入~ 你将负责 参与 ZAP 后端核心引擎建设： 语义层解析、SQL 生成引擎、多存储查询引擎 （ClickHouse / Elasticsearch / Trino）的设计与落地 设计并实现存储无关的查询中间表示（IR）、查询计划与优化管线（parse → validate → resolve → optimize → build → execute → map） 建设数据集建模、维度/指标语义抽象、表达式引擎与复合指标计算能力 落地数据集级 + 行级/列级权限体系，在 SQL 生成阶段自动注入多租户数据权限 支撑报表全生命周期（内置 / 预定义 / 自定义报表）、全局过滤、下钻、异步导出、订阅等能力 保障平台稳定性与性能（查询超时熔断、限流、降级、缓存），长期达成至少 4个9 SLA 目标 我们的技术栈 组件 / 框架 ：Java 、Spring Boot 、MyBatis-Plus、Maven、Async MQ（Kafka）、Nacos、CSMS 认证、JWT 架构 ：DDD 驱动架构分层设计 ，由 ArchUnit 在构建期强制 模块依赖与分层约束（架构约束即代码，违反即构建失败） 数据 / 计算引擎 ：MySQL、ClickHouse、Elasticsearch、Trino、Redis、DDB、MongoDB等，未来会随着需求引进更多引擎 AI 辅助研发 ：团队深度采用 AI coding + OpenSpec spec-driven 工作流 ；仓库内置 AI harness、任务路由与 phase gate 任职要求（Must-have） 5 年以上 Java 后端研发经验，扎实的数据结构、并发、JVM 与系统设计功底 精通 Spring Boot 生态，有 大型多模块 / DDD 分层项目 的设计与落地经验优先 良好的抽象与工程素养，重视测试（本项目对核心类强制要求配套单测）、代码质量与文档 有高并发、低延迟服务的性能调优与稳定性保障（限流、熔断、降级、缓存）实战经验 熟悉至少一种 OLAP / 搜索引擎（ ClickHouse、Elasticsearch、Trino/Presto 之一），理解其查询模型与性能特征 具备复杂 SQL / 查询构建经验，理解 SQL 解析、执行计划或查询改写/优化的基本原理 加分项（Nice-to-have） 有 BI / 报表平台、语义层（Semantic Layer）、指标平台或数据中台 建设经验 熟悉 SQL parser / query engine 框架 了解多租户 SaaS 架构与行级/列级数据权限设计 有 AI for Analytics / RAG / Text-to-SQL / LLM 应用 相关经验（对接 CX Insights 方向） 熟练使用 AI coding 工具（Cursor / Codex / Claude等）与 spec-driven 开发（OpenSpec / Spec Kit），认同"AI 辅助 + 强工程约束"的研发范式 我们能给你 一个 从架构设计期就参与 、面向全 Zoom 业务线的平台级项目，技术深度（查询引擎 / 语义层）与广度（跨产品、AI 分析）兼具 前沿的 AI 辅助研发工程实践，团队把 AI coding 与架构治理深度结合，而非停留在口号 直接影响平台核心底座设计决策的空间 Ways of Working Our structured hybrid approach is centered around our offices and remote work environments.
