🧭 Your Responsibilities

– Respond quickly and professionally to inbound rental leads

– Understand client needs and match them with suitable rental properties

– Conduct property viewings and present rental options to clients

– Negotiate lease terms and close rental agreements

– Maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants

– Keep accurate records in CRM and follow internal company workflows

🎯 Requirements

– Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Dubai real estate

– Strong track record of rental transactions in 2025 (high volume of closed deals required)

– Deep understanding of the Dubai rental market

– Strong communication and negotiation skills in English

(other languages are a strong advantage)

– Highly motivated, proactive, and target-driven

– Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients simultaneously
