Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead an SAP S/4HANA implementation and business transformation project involving multiple manufacturing operations in Japan.

The role covers end-to-end project management across multiple manufacturing sites and SAP workstreams, including planning, schedule, budget, resources, risks, cutover, go-live, and hypercare.

The successful candidate will also be expected to promote SAP standard functionality, control unnecessary customization, and coordinate Business, IT, global teams, and System Integrators.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage budget, resources, critical path, and dependencies

This is not simply a translation or interpretation role. We are looking for someone who can understand both business and cultural differences and proactively drive projects forward in a global environment.
