We are looking for a hands-on In-Vehicle Test Engineer – ADAS to verify and validate advanced driver assistance functions in real-world driving conditions. 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

✅ Plan, prepare, and execute physical vehicle tests on public roads and proving grounds.

✅ Verify and validate ADAS and active safety functions in real driving scenarios.

✅ Define test scenarios, establish pass/fail criteria, document results, and report deviations.

✅ Analyze vehicle logs and test data to support troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.

✅ Evaluate function performance, robustness, usability, comfort, and overall driving experience.

✅ Work closely with software developers, system engineers, test leads, and other stakeholders to improve function quality.

✅ Use automotive communication, diagnostics, and data-logging tools to support efficient testing.

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 & 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀

✔️ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Automation, Automotive Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

✔️ Hands-on experience in complete vehicle testing, preferably in ADAS, active safety, or automated driving.

✔️ Knowledge of verification and validation methods, test planning, execution, and reporting.

✔️ Understanding of in-vehicle communication, diagnostics, and data logging.

✔️ Experience with tools such as CANoe, CANalyzer, CANape, INCA, DLT, or equivalent.

✔️ Basic Python scripting or test automation skills are advantageous.

✔️ Good communication and collaboration skills in English.

✔️ A valid Swedish B driving licence is mandatory.

✔️ Practical, structured, and safety-conscious approach to vehicle testing.

⭐ Experience with HIL/SIL, simulation, proving grounds, safety driving, or automated verification is an advantage.
