This position will be located at our Aeronautics Systems Sector in Melbourne, FL. In this role, the selected candidate will be expected to: Responsibilities Include: Analyzes technical data and reports to determine spares and support equipment provisioning requirements. Manages and controls the asset position of customer inventories. May originate support plans for offer to potential customers and provide technical assistance to existing customer personnel. May forecast and manage budget system. Position requires an organized, detail-oriented, self-starting individual who can work both, independently and in a team-oriented environment. You must also be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and have the ability to follow strictly defined processes. Basic Qualifications for an Associate Logistics Planner: A candidate, regardless of age and hiring source, must meet ALL of the below criteria. The candidate must: Be completing or has completed their Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution Be majoring in or having majored in a Business, Supply Chain, Project Management or related degree Basic understanding of aviation maintenance processes and aircraft systems of a modern military aircraft. Must be able to read and interpret engineering drawings and system description documents. Your ability to transfer and maintain the final adjudicated U.S. government Secret clearance (must be in-scope or enrolled in Continuous Evaluation) and any program access(es) required for the position within a reasonable period of time , as determined by the Company. Preferred Qualifications: Have an overall cumulative GPA of 3.25/4.0 or higher Previous internship/co-op or other work experience, leadership & teamwork capabilities, interpersonal communication skills, and activities (professional/community/extracurricular) Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or related field. previous Flight Test experience. Experience navigating in SAP, JIRA, or similar government tools.
