Every role follows a dual career path — Management Track or Technical Expert Track — with 1-on-1 mentorship, job rotation, and hands-on project experience from day one.

🔧 Technical Track (mechanical, materials, industrial engineering, automation, electrical backgrounds)

→ Learn end-to-end manufacturing operations; grow into Section Lead, Engineer, or Department Head

Sales Representative, Sales Assistant

→ Client development and sales operations support; fast-track path to top sales performer or Sales Team Lead

📦 Supply Chain Track (supply chain, international business backgrounds)
