2027 Global Planning Summer Internship INTERNSHIP FORMAT This internship will follow an in-person model. Interns will be based at the Stellantis Headquarters and Technology Center in Auburn Hills, Michigan, and are expected to work on-site 5 days per week. Relocation assistance may be available for candidates who meet specific eligibility criteria. The internship program is scheduled to run from May through August 2027. These teams within the Portfolio Planning organization are highly strategic and require "out of the box" thinking to plan for the company's future. The Portfolio Planning intern will participate in the evaluation of market trends as well as analysis of customer interest and competition to find the company's next opportunity. The intern will also support aspects within the research process from helping to design, execute, and analyze consumer research. The intern will transform the data and observations into insight, implications, and recommendations to help drive strategic decisions. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: Pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher Majoring in Business, Accounting, Finance, Mathematics/Economics or related field from an accredited college or university Able to work full-time, 40 hours per week during the internship Completion of freshman year or higher at an accredited college or university by the spring of 2027 Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications Willingness to relocate for internship, as applicable Authorized to work in the United States PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Strong written and verbal communication skills Capable of working both independently and as part of a team Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across various organizational levels and with external partners Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and achieve goals in a fast-paced environment Proven leadership in academic pursuits, extracurricular activities, or service organizations Self-management and organizational skills Innate problem-solver Analytical skills Demonstrates strong work ethic Ability to excel under pressure STELLANTIS DOES NOT PROVIDE IMMIGRATION-RELATED SPONSORSHIP (e.g., H-1B, TN, STEM OPT, F-1, etc.) FOR THIS ROLE.
