As a Summer 2027 Intern, you will gain meaningful, hands-on experience and collaborate with industry professionals who are committed to helping you grow.

You will work on one or more impactful projects that contribute directly to Intrepid's operations and strategic business objectives.

We anticipate internship opportunities across several disciplines and business areas, including:

• Operations
• Engineering, including chemical, process, mining, industrial, and related disciplines
• Environmental
• Health and safety
• Quality

What You Will Need to Be Successful in the Role:

• Drive and ability to deliver results. (Your project this summer will be meaningful!)
• Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in a field related to the internship opportunity
• Strong academic performance and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Demonstrated initiative, curiosity, and willingness to learn
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a professional environment

Compensation & Internship Experience

Intrepid Potash offers competitive intern pay ranging from $25/hour - $35/hour. Housing and relocation assistance may be available in some cases. Along with great pay we offer meaningful project work, leadership exposure, professional development, networking opportunities, and mentorship from industry professionals.
