Role Summary
We are looking for a 3D Scenic & Event Visualisation Designer to support a major multi-sports event in KSA. The role will focus on developing creative design concepts and high-quality 3D visualisations for sporting venues, scenic elements, decorative installations, and venue dressing. The successful candidate will work closely with creative and technical teams to translate concepts and artwork into accurate, visually compelling 3D renders that can be used for planning, presentations, and event delivery.

The role will focus on developing creative design concepts and high-quality 3D visualisations for sporting venues, scenic elements, decorative installations, and venue dressing. The successful candidate will work closely with creative and technical teams to translate concepts and artwork into accurate, visually compelling 3D renders that can be used for planning, presentations, and event delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative design concepts for scenic, decorative, and venue dressing elements.
- Create detailed 3D models and high-quality renders of sporting venues and event environments.
- Model and visualise existing venues, grandstands, fields of play, and other venue infrastructure.
- Develop 3D visualisations of scenic structures, branding, decorative elements, and venue dressing.
- Coordinate artwork and branding requirements and accurately incorporate them into 3D renders.
- Work closely with technical teams to understand dimensions, specifications, and requirements.
- Coordinate and communicate design requirements with technical stakeholders to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
- Make revisions to 3D models and renders based on feedback from creative and technical teams.
- Ensure visual outputs accurately reflect the required event design, branding, and venue specifications.
- Support the wider event team with visual materials required for planning and delivery.
- Strong skills in 3D modelling and rendering.
- Experience creating 3D visualisations of venues, events, exhibitions, sporting environments, or large-scale installations is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of scenic design, event environments, decorative elements, and venue dressing.
- Ability to develop creative concepts while working within technical and practical requirements.
- Ability to accurately incorporate artwork, branding, and graphic elements into 3D renders.
- Strong attention to detail and visual accuracy.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both creative and technical teams.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines in a fast-paced event environment.
- Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.
- Must have own laptop capable of running required 3D modelling, rendering, and design software.
- Portfolio required, demonstrating 3D modelling and rendering capabilities (sporting venues, event environments, grandstands, scenic elements, venue dressing, exhibition/temporary structures, large-scale event installations).
