Orbital Critical Systems (CAF Group) a leading company in safety‑critical software for aerospace, defence and transport, is looking for A400M MRO Engineers to join our on‑site teams in Germany, supporting strategic projects with Airbus in Germany.

What You Will Do

• A400M MRO Engineering: Develop and approve maintenance procedures and technical documentation.
• Technical Support: Troubleshoot complex aircraft systems and structural issues.
• Analysis & Investigations: Perform root cause analysis, defect assessment, and corrective action planning.
• Compliance & Airworthiness: Ensure compliance with airworthiness requirements, modifications, and directives.
• Maintenance Planning: Support major checks, overhauls, and maintenance execution.
• Continuous Improvement & Training: Enhance MRO processes and provide technical guidance to personnel.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Degree in Aerospace or Mechanical engineering or related field
• Relevant hands-on experience in MRO, airworthiness, or design support roles within the aerospace industry
• C1 English Level – mandatory.
• A2/B1 German Level – will be a plus.
• Applicants must hold citizenship of a European country.
