Academic Geriatric Psychiatry Opportunity in Greenville, NC
ECU Health Physicians and The Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Medicine at East Carolina University’s Brody School of Medicine are seeking a fellowship trained BE/BC Geriatric Psychiatrist. The successful candidate will join a growing academic division with the option of full-time tenure track appointment commiserate with their academic credentials. Clinical assistant to clinical professor fixed term appointments are also available. New graduates and visa candidates are welcome to apply.
There are multiple options including consultation, outpatient, inpatient, and specialized clinical opportunities to choose from. Responsibilities will also include teaching and clinical supervision of medical students, residents, and other health professional trainees.
The new ECU Health Behavioral Health Hospital, a 144-bed behavioral health facility, is home to 24 inpatient beds dedicated to the mental health needs of geriatric patients.
