About this role
I am looking for an Account Executive with 4+ years of experience to be the first AE hire at an AI-powered support engineering platform.
You'll own the full sales cycle selling to technical buyers — engineers, data teams, and DevOps leaders — at companies ranging from mid-market to enterprise.
This is a ground-floor opportunity with a direct path to CRO as the company scales. The ideal candidate has a proven track record closing $100K-$500K+ ACV deals in B2B SaaS and thrives in a fast-paced, founder-led sales environment.
What will you be doing?
- Closing deals sourced by the SDR team, managing the full sales cycle from qualified lead to signed contract with 2-3 month deal cycles
- Selling AI support engineer product to technical buyers at software companies, navigating conversations with engineering and support leadership
- Building and refining the enterprise sales playbook as the first AE, working closely with the CEO to establish repeatable processes
- Managing a pipeline of mid-market and upmarket accounts, targeting $100K+ ACV deals with billion-dollar-plus companies
- Graduating accounts into larger enterprise contracts over time as the product and sales motion mature
Requirements
- 4 - 10 years of experience Account Executive experience in B2B SaaS, selling to technical buyers and handling large ACV deals at a dev tool, infra, or API-layer startup. (E.g., Datadog, Databricks, Glean, Persona, or similar Series A–C technical SaaS.)
- Experience closing $100k - $500k+ ACV deals
- Demonstrates high ambition and potential to grow into a future Chief Revenue Officer (CRO).
Please do not apply if you have Tenures shorter than 18 months without valid explanation.
