🎯 Core Requirements (Must-Have):

✅ 3–6 years of total professional experience

✅ Big 4 background ONLY

✅ Minimum 3 full busy seasons in External Audit / Assurance

✅ Strong expertise in:

US GAAP
Financial Statement Audits
Audit Planning & Execution

✅ Experience auditing:

Public companies (SEC)
Fortune 1000 organizations
Large PE-backed companies

✅ Current or recent titles such as:

Audit Senior
Senior Audit Associate
Assurance Senior
Audit In-Charge
Early Audit Manager (hands-on)

✅ US Citizen, Green Card, or eligible sponsorship candidates (E-3, H-1B1, H-1B Transfer with 3+ years remaining, TN)

Technical accounting advisory
Financial reporting
IPO & capital markets readiness
M&A transactions

Complex accounting projects
Process improvement & internal controls
