Accounting & Tax Specialist

Job Location Almaty Job Description Найм в ТОО «Проктер энд Гэмбл Казахстан Дистрибьюшн» P&G is looking for an Accountant with basic knowledge of accounting, tax law, and audit to perform duties related to tax calculations and reporting, as well as support the Sales team with tax- and accounting-related questions. In this role, you will work in the External Reporting team, partnering with Tax Accountants, Legal, Purchasing, external auditors, and tax authorities. You will be responsible for preparing local reports and calculating direct taxes, including analyzing the deductibility of expenses for Corporate Income Tax purposes. Responsibilities Provide consultancy to the Sales team on tax, accounting, and local compliance matters. Control the timely execution of the end-to-end payment process and govern Sales contract management to ensure compliance. Prepare local financial statements, statistical reports, and expense analyses for Corporate Income Tax calculations. Collect and validate data for US GAAP reporting and coordinate external audits. Coordinate the calendar year-end closing process, including stakeholder communication, accruals, and related activities.
