Position Overview

Reporting to the Director of Finance, the Accounts Receivable Administrator is responsible for supporting the day-to-day accounts receivable function and ensuring accurate, timely financial processing and reporting. This role works closely with customers and internal teams to resolve inquiries, maintain accurate records, and support month-end activities while providing general administrative support.


How You'll Make an Impact

  • Actively manage day-to-day accounts receivable duties
  • Liaise with customers, salespeople, and managers to resolve issues and provide information
  • Process month-end closing procedures, reports, analyses, and forecasts
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and other ad hoc reports
  • File, scan, and maintain records
  • Answer phones, direct calls, and greet visitors
  • Cross-train with other Finance positions and provide coverage when required
  • Fulfill additional duties as required

What You'll Bring to Our Team

  • Business Diploma or Office Administration Certificate considered an asset
  • 1+ years’ experience in accounts receivable or a similar financial role is preferred
  • Valid Driver’s Licence
  • Superior Microsoft Office skills with advanced experience using MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Considerable business acumen with a strong desire to learn and grow
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a collaborative team environment
  • Professionalism, accountability, and sound judgment when handling sensitive information
