Department Overview Motorola Solutions Finance Operation Center is a department of Motorola in Kraków which gives you an opportunity to participate in the setup of the new organization. The center is a part of our global network of Finance Operation Centers (FOC) which provides world-class finance, accounting and purchasing services to Motorola branches in Europe, Middle East, Africa, and the US region. Job Description The Billing Trainee reports to the Account Receivables Team Lead and is responsible for supporting Billing Team in daily tasks related to invoicing, raising manual invoices / credit memos and resolving all billing issues. Specifically the trainee will be: Raising manual invoices Raising manual debit and credit memos Gather supporting documentation for manual invoices, debit memos and credit memos Work with other billers and collections specialist on billing issues Work with order management to resolve errors / issues Basic Requirements We are looking for the new trainee to support us minimum 30 hours per week.
