As an Acting Audiology Partner, you'll step into the role of running two established and successful audiology businesses, gaining invaluable leadership and business management experience while continuing to focus on delivering exceptional patient care. We are seeking an ambitious, customer-focused Audiology Professional to join Specsavers Hollywood and Parabanks on a 12-month fixed-term contract, commencing November 2026. This full-time position operates Monday to Friday and offers a unique opportunity to develop the skills and confidence needed to pursue a future Partnership opportunity. About the Role As an Acting Audiology Partner, you will take ownership of the day-to-day operation of established clinics while experiencing the responsibilities, autonomy and rewards of the Specsavers Partnership model. This role is ideal for someone who is curious about Partnership and wants to develop their business and leadership capabilities before taking on their own permanent Partnership opportunity. What's on Offer?
