Build Europe's semiconductor future with us!
European Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (ESMC) GmbH is the joint venture between TSMC, Bosch, Infineon and NXP. For the first time, global technology leader TSMC is building a semiconductor fab in the heart of Europe, offering cutting-edge manufacturing technologies for next-generation semiconductor products. ESMC represents a shared commitment to strengthening the European semiconductor ecosystem.
For our future fab in Dresden, we are looking for a highly motivated and committed:
In this role you will play a central role in advancing our quality standards and ensuring operational excellence within our high-tech semiconductor manufacturing facility in Dresden. You will lead data-driven quality improvement initiatives, drive structured process change management, and perform in-depth analysis using statistical process control (SPC) systems. Your work will directly influence product quality, manufacturing stability, and efficiency, while offering exceptional exposure to global best practices and a strong platform for long-term professional and technical development in an international environment.
As part of this position, you will have the unique opportunity to complete a comprehensive 12-month training assignment at our mother fab in Taiwan. This immersive program equips you with deep hands-on expertise in manufacturing processes, quality systems, SPC frameworks, and change governance according to TSMCs word-leading practice — providing the foundation to operate independently and at expert level upon your return to Germany. The training will start shortly after the start date.
